Technical Update: Two important pieces of information |

1. Planned Maintenance
Outage: Sunday,
October 26th -- 4:30am (30min). We will have a brief outage at 4:30AM on Sunday October 26th for about 30 minutes. This outage will only effect customers with DSL or Frame-Relay service through Verizon. If you have any problems with your connection after than time, please call and leave a message at (503) 504-4767.
If you are a 56K modem or ISDN dialup customer and you are using one of the following two numbers, we would like you to change to a new number before November 1st. If you are currently dialing one of these two numbers;
please adjust your system so that it calls our new access number at 503-605-1565. You should start using this new number immediately. Note: This change ONLY effects people
that are currently using 503-885-9265 and 503-691-1565.
