Call Manager Software
The call manager software allows you to integrate your desktop with your IP phone. 

Requirements
This Call Manager Software requires the following Microsoft components to run:
Microsoft ME / XP / 2000
Outlook 2000 / 2003 / XP

  • Extension number of the phone that is experiencing the problem.

IP Phone Reference Guides


IP Phone Supported Headsets
IP phones require headsets that are designed to work with Voice over IP (VoIP). We at Sterling have put together a list of headsets that are compatible with our IP phones. We support these headsets to be compatible with our IP phones, however, they do differ in features and sound quality and customers will need to decide which model works best for their use. For the convenience of our customers, we have put together several headset packages that can be purchased directly from Sterling. We have three packages: non-amplified headset, amplified headset, or a wireless headset with lifter. To order simply contact our sales department at (503) 906-8908 or send email to sales@sterling.net. When ordering please identify non-amplified, amplified, or wireless with or without lifter. Please see a description of each headset below:
  • Non-amplified headset - For use in quite environments such as private offices or private cubicles.
  • Amplified headset - For use in noisy environments where noise cancellation and call volume are crucial.
  • Wireless headset - When mobility is a premium and you need to talk away from your phone. There is also an option for a remote lifter to answer your phone when you are physically away from your handset.
Unsupported 3rd party headset policy - Due to the large number of headsets on the market and some of the unique requirements of IP phones, it is impossible for us to certify and support every headset on the market. If you have a headset that you would like to use that is not on the list please contact us and we can help you determine if it might work for your application.
